Which weight should I get?
Start lighter than you think
Under 130 lb, take 5 lb. 130 to 170 lb, 10 lb. Over 170 lb, 15 lb. The sand is sealed in, so the weight cannot be changed later.
Will it fit me?
Chest 31 to 45 in
One size. Two buckle straps across the front pull it snug. On a very small frame it can still shift a little at the tightest setting.
Will it bounce when I move?
Snug on walks and hikes
Iron sand sits front and back, so it does not swing. On sprints and jumps some people feel it move. Cinch both straps first.

Which weight should I pick?
Go by body weight. Under 130 lb, 5 lb. 130 to 170 lb, 10 lb. Over 170 lb, 15 lb. If you sit between two, take the lighter one. The weight cannot be changed later.
Will it fit me?
If your chest is 31 to 45 in, yes. It is one size and the two front straps pull it in. On a very small frame it can still shift a little when fully tightened.
Can I add or remove weight?
No. The iron sand is sealed in. A 5 lb vest stays 5 lb.
Can I run in it?
Jogging, yes, with both straps pulled snug. On sprints and jumps it can move. It is built for walking, hiking and strength work.
Does it smell when it arrives?
It can. New neoprene and iron sand have a smell for the first day or two. Hang it somewhere airy and it goes.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap, then hang it to dry. Never put it in the washing machine or the dryer.
How long can I wear it?
Up to 2 hours at a time, then give your muscles a rest. Start with a 20 minute walk.
How does shipping and delivery work?
Shipping is free within the US, with tracking. We process orders in 1 to 2 business days and delivery usually takes 5 to 8 days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return it?
Yes. Email hello@goodsible.com within 30 days of it arriving and we will sort out a refund. Return postage is yours unless it arrived damaged or wrong. Our refund policy has the conditions in full.
