Our story
Hi, we're Khai & Mel.
The two people behind Goodsible, and full time staff to four very demanding cats. There is no warehouse, no call centre and no growth team. There is us, a short shelf, and a rule we do not bend.
The board of directors
They approve every product. Usually by sitting on it.
Spoiling them taught us something simple. When you love someone, two legged or four, you want the good stuff for them. Not the cheap thing that breaks. Not the pretty thing that disappoints. The genuinely good thing.
Finding the good stuff should be easier
Goodsible did not start in a boardroom. It started on our living room floor, usually with at least one cat sitting on the laptop.
We started with pet products because our pets are part of the family, and we wanted better things for the ordinary moments we share with them.
Then we realised the problem was much bigger. There are so many products competing for attention that finding one genuinely useful thing is harder than it should be. Endless choice, big promises, and no easy way to know what is actually worth bringing home.
That is the job we gave ourselves. Fewer confusing choices, more genuinely good finds.
We curate practical goods for pets, people and the homes they share. Things that solve a real problem, make a day slightly easier, or are simply nicer to use than the one you already own. The shelf will grow, but the rule will not change.
What you are actually buying from
A two person shop with a serious feline middle management problem.
Order something and one of us packs it. Write in and one of us answers, usually the same day. If a product turns out to be wrong for you, we would rather tell you before you buy than process a return afterwards.
That is the whole company. We think it is the best thing about it.
