Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Estimated delivery is 4–7 days after dispatch.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays
Occasionally delivery may take longer due to carrier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@goodsible.com and we'll help track it down.

Wrong or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@goodsible.com with a photo and we'll make it right.
